Escape to the Present
Savouring sounds, sights, tastes, textures and smells provides us with a sense of gratitude. It’s what keeps us grounded and connected to ourselves and our environments around us. In this project I have created a detailed way in which to ‘escape to the present’. Through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, we can immerse ourselves in the present, and through instructional art I hope to explore and share the ways necessary to do so.
Once you have
escaped to the present,
send a photo of
your reminder object in the palm of your hand to
freddieam@googlemail.com
to be a part of the project.
Your image will be
featured below and you will be credited
as a successful escapee.
